What should I expect?

  • A relaxed, fun and welcoming Yoga class suitable for all abilities

  • Clear instructions that are easy to follow

  • Plenty of variations and options to make the Yoga poses work for you

  • Movements to improve flexibility, strength and fitness

  • Meditations and breath exercises to help reduce feelings of stress and increase a sense of calm

What should I bring?

  • If you have a mat, please bring one, if you need to borrow one I have some I can lend you for your first class – please let me know if you require this in advance

  • Wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in

  • I also recommend a water bottle – all my venues have access to kitchen facilities
