A relaxed, fun and welcoming Yoga class suitable for all abilities
Clear instructions that are easy to follow
Plenty of variations and options to make the Yoga poses work for you
Movements to improve flexibility, strength and fitness
Meditations and breath exercises to help reduce feelings of stress and increase a sense of calm
What should I bring?
If you have a mat, please bring one, if you need to borrow one I have some I can lend you for your first class – please let me know if you require this in advance
Wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in
I also recommend a water bottle – all my venues have access to kitchen facilities
